The RF Explorer devices are shipped to us from China. Don’t be alarmed if you notice the manufacturer’s seal is opened — prior to shipping to our customers we open each box to test the device.

The RFE6GEN is easy to use and the manufacturer does not provide instructions. However, the designer/developer has prepared a User Manual that is available online. To access the manual please go to: RF Explorer Support. And then, near the top of the page, you will find a link to the RFE6GEN User Manual.

The USB connector on the device is used both for recharging the internal lithium battery and also for communicating with software running on your PC. Please be aware the connector is fragile, so care should be taken when attaching / detaching the USB cable.
